Week 6



In week 6 the baby is developing:

-  Limbs
-  2 chambers in the heart (it's beating!)
-  Umbilical cord
-  Placenta (ongoing process)




Some important things to add to your healthy diet:

-  Water
-  Prenatal Vitamins
-  Iron-rich foods
