Week 9


This week, baby is developing:

-  Eyes
-  Fingers and toes
-  Longer limbs
-  Stronger bones and teeth


Remember to add to your healthy diet:

-  Water
-  Prenatal Vitamins





Baby needs calcium to form strong bones and healthy teeth. Remember that the baby will usually take what it needs from YOUR share of calcium, so you'll need to increase your calcium intake. Protect the health of YOUR teeth and bones by eating cheese, broccoli, milk, and other calcium-rich foods.
